Yeah take that damn car out the show neow. She made it seemed like nothing was wrong but I knew it shouldnt be tilted 45 degrees like that  that was terrifying

I had a strange feeling something would happen with the car at this show. Wow. Beyonce's always does scary stunts, the car will stay unless manager Blue tells her not to.

All Night is coming for her things 

 

 

The career montage before 16 Carriages and her dangling for her life and doing it acapella afterwards and you could tell she was shaken up and had tears in her eyes. Fire that damn crew wth that kinda soured my night, it was like the longest minute ever I was not about to lose this legend in her hometown.

I feel for Bey tho. She must've been scared af, not only for her own safety, but also the audience's safety. Good God! And what a woman she is that she pretty much stayed composed and STILL served flawless vocals all throughout and smiles right after. A role model through and through!

No more Car and Horseshoe please

No changes to the setlist is a lil disappointing. Especially after London got Energy/BMS and Paris got well… everything! 
 

Even just adding 1 new song for each city creates such hype and buzz.

 

The car mishap is crazy, there's been quite a few near misses on this tour!

And I am the one who was like "Bey is so random, the song is not even from an album but made it on the Beybowl and tour".

 

Lol I still think she's random as hell but the clown came back to bite.

All Night and the All Night x Tyrant mashup are both going pretty viral, the mashup is heading towards 300k videos on tiktok, and All Night is around 200k

Crazy ish to wake to with the Houston malfunction. 

 

Not even retrofitting, but legit have always had anxiety about her air antics. I'm all for her putting on a show, but safety first. 

ATP I'd much rather it be like those stationary lifts MJ and Tina Turner had than this hoisted in air by some string thing.

 

That said...

 

As much as I've harped on about NOT wanting a CCT film (a stance I kind of still stand by), I do think ish like this gives her even more "story" to make it a semi-worthwhile venture. Just from the narrative arcs it gifts any such film. Topline I could see the themes being:

 

* Country Music History / Blackness

* Black Cowboy / Rodeo History 

* Dismantling of "Perfection" in her output (aka this latest mishap)

* How such close calls put ish into perspective.

 

Again, keeping it 100, none of it screams "run to the theater for this must-see", but I could still see it being interesting alongside the show.

That said, let's punch on to Act III and let's keep the in-air is to a minimum

 

The CCT is legendary and either her best or second best tour ever (Formation World Tour is the contender here) - argue with God or your mom if u disagree

Experiencing that event last night in Houston is both gob smackingly incredible and absolutely horrific. the show until the disaster was just phenomenal. Watching the car tilt, freeze in position, seeing her grip onto the flagpole while nervously trying to keep face and then just nervousness across the stadium. I don't know how to reckon with the amazement and that horrible experience.

Also 16 carriages works much better on a stage than that fing flying saucer

 

 the Acapella moment was better than any previous 16 carriages performance
