That house is a choice but I'm sure someone will be in here shortly to tell us we're just poor and don't understand.  

It doesn’t look like an airport to me, but that house is HUGE. There’s some interesting choices in the front part, but the elevated part right in the middle between the two main spaces having stairs in three directions and just a small door to one of those spaces is just wrong and already makes it useless. She could have had a top architect make a house from scratch for that much money tho. 

Only DC album I’ve heard is Survivor and I didn’t enjoy it. 

Looks like a compound to me. 

I’m sure the inside is more interesting. The appeal of that house is that it has its own private beach. You all know how much she loves the water. And Malibu is more relaxed than Beverly Hills so a better place for the kids

100% it does.  What I would want to see is how far into that hill this house goes, as I have a feeling there are multiple floors underneath to support the usual rich-people things; wine cellars, recording studio, bowling alleys and movie theatres, your own Starbucks, Nightclub, AND Benihana if your name is Tyrese , and maybe a tunnel to a secret helipad in a Big Sur cliff. All I know is... I better have access to China or Timbuktu for $200M.

i was thinking she's maybe going to renovate it and make it better but looking at the house i don't think there's much you can do to make it prettier lmao... the simple structure of it is very ugly period

 

anyways i had a sleepover with one of my friends who became a fan with renaissance and i showed her the entire self titled era... music videos, 5-part documentary, vma medley and everything

 

she had no idea she was like woah how is not everybody freaking out and stanning at how perfect this woman and her artistry is, if everybody took their time there would be no question

 

we all know part of the answer to that question sadly

 

but yeah she left my house a full stan  gottie

If the house was underground the cars wouldn’t enter at ground level. It’s really not easy to make basements that close to the sea. And the house is huge as it is, just look at the scale when compared to the cars.
