Just irritating. Like, what will her legacy be when she’s truly a Legacy Act?

It’s already giving Blackground Entertainment teas there I said it :rip:

the real legacy acts either pulling as much as she does or already outstreaming her… i fear for what her stats will look like in 10 years :mummy:

her not even stabilizing at 50m monthly listeners despite Renny, the remixes and Travis/Kendrick collabs :katie: a spooky season indeed

Stans thinking only Spotify exist as a streaming service is beyond insane. Y'all are never tired?

Beyoncé just made close to 600$M touring for this album. You think streaming would have given her close to that profit? when a million streams dont even earn those artist 100$? Just stop being stupid. Y'all want the music videos to gloat but do you think it would do a damn thing for her streams at this point? no.

Why would an artist slave herself for streams when she could make way more money performing her songs? and she loves performing on tours only at this point.

Someone please free the bootlickers from Bey’s cage, the smell radiating from Sia not showering is making them snappy. That house is fugly, clunky, tacky, and wacky. They can be as rich as they want and I’ll stay poor but the airport they bought is ugly and that’s fine!

Like the saying goes it’s the inside that counts.

Oh and I have some good news for my haters. A couple weeks ago I got about ten thumbs down in this base for saying I don’t care for a Renaissance live album. After the backlash I went on YouTube and listened to the fan created live studio version of the album. I enjoyed cozy a little too much… I played it in my car while driving fast as I was 30 minutes late to work. I decided to do that arm dance at the beginning of the song with the chanting “***** TO THE SEMA TO THE WHAT WHAT!!! PRR PRRR PRRRR” aka my hands weren’t on the steering wheel and then i hit a curb and ****** up my rims.

this is categorically false, even when you look at Spotify only. who are you considering "real legacy acts" because???

Beyoncé is out performing The Beatles, Queen, Jay Z, Katy Perry, Lady Gawga, Maroon 5, Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Usher, Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, P!nk, Miley Cyrus... on Spotify, let alone the forgotten names.

she doesn't have particularly strong streaming numbers but the attitude of "she's not pulling Spotify streams = she's forgotten and her legacy won't be there" is so liddo'd.

Karen barely saw any boost from her film so expect nothing for Giraffe. The next streaming boost will probably happen when she drops her next lead or album and that will be minimal.

I just hope she launches act ii early 2024, like I want the lead in January and a performance at the Grammys (yes I know I’m delusional)

That’s not true.

+ Lover returning to the top 10 on BB200 and Cruel Summer climbing to #1 (even before the new versions).

Doesn’t she always have this many songs and albums charting?
The single boost was much lower than anticipated, that’s why I think we’ll get 0.
But if the film goes viral, Bey predictions might change

Um kimmy how is she beating maroon 5? They always have more monthly streams and several songs reached the billion mark and it makes me sick.

I just checked kworb for daily Spotify streams. M5 has 10m while Bey has 11m.

Maroon 5 makes radio fodder. They literally had to cancel their arena tour last year due to "increased costs of touring" :deadbanana2:

Bey has more songs doing over 100k daily, she has 124 songs doing over 10k. M5 has 53 songs over 10k.

so, despite having multiple songs bring in 1M+ daily, M5 falls behind her because no one's streaming any M5 album top to bottom, lol.

and yet has-beens, oldies and/or fads such as Eminem, Coldplay, Arctic Monkeys, Imagine Dragons out stream her too

and i know monthly listeners aren’t the end all be all but more people checking out old ass David Guetta, Katy’s or Maroon 5’s music is just :deadbanana4: Queen only has 1m listeners less than her and Madge & Mj aren’t that far behind

no one not delusional is saying all that, we’re just saying it’s more than a little worrying especially since she used to be one of the top streamed artists barely 4-5 years ago :rip:even the biggest flop has a song or two pulling +1m these days, or at least more than a few that do around 400-800k… bey only has Cil & Halo :rip: (Cuff It too but the way it’s going down not for long) all the others barely cross 100k-200k despite the tour, just imagine the absolute pits her streams would be in had she not toured :biblionana:

how tho ? everything that could go viral already has been and the GP won’t gag at new footage of her reading Rumi a bedtime story in her Nina Simone voice :rip:

No, she doesn’t chart as many songs on Apple Music and Mehnights was almost leaving the top 10 of the BB200.

@Draper. @Armani? do you know how long until AUIYM is gold in the US? How many more sales do you need? Any predictions?

It was at 330k July 29th.

Probably 370k now

yes, monthly listeners are pretty inaccurate. if you have 1 big song you'll get more monthly listeners than most popular artists -- doesn't mean anything in the long run or in terms of legacy and whether people are checking out that artist willingly.

we have yet to see RENAISSANCE's long term effect on Bey's streaming activity. she's on so many more playlists, so many more people's Wrapped, her Spotify presence is expanding rapidly (considering her last album was put on there 3 years too late).

maybe this is why we fight so much. I literally could not care less about her daily streaming numbers. I don't ever think about them until someone brings them up. I am not worried and I don't think she is either, lounging in her ugly mansion.

being interested in her streams and charts in general doesn’t mean people lie awake at night crying bc her streams are in the pits :deadbanana4:

and i really mean this in the nicest way possible but good for you if you don’t care, don’t engage in streaming discussions and leave it to those that do then:rip:

Fanmade RWT film is premiering now on YT, check it out. The Renaissance section will begin shortly  :gaycat1:

well, I don't want to see pages upon pages of spiraling about Spotify streams so I feel inclined to intervene when over-the-top pessimistic or exaggerated claims are presented.

they ate this wow :WAP:

I see that we’ve made it to the part where we doomsday about her streams and call her a forgotten fad. A few more analise gifs and we should be getting more crumbs to get us by and the cycle will repeat
