She has single worthy tracks she just don’t care.

The benefits for me is the potential to create classics and thus make the album more remembered down the line and serve longevity. CI wasn't performed sadly, there was no video, it could have been much bigger but still, it will be more remembered and more revisited later, gets a bigger reaction than all the other new songs on tour. And it having more than 1M is the reason the album was not completely tanking before the tour. 

 

When singles are not accessible or remembered, we get a Lemonades situation.

For me it just ups the chances of hearing Heated or AHAP or whatever at bars, clubs, events etc for the summer. The missed out energy and classics is what’s a shame.

Not that I don’t want more singles, but this is tea 

We need more hits lbr she only has 5 recent hits.

I mean, I agree that it's hits that become classics and what people will go back to many years from now (if you care about that stuff) 

 

But for that to happen she would need to be out there performing and with a video out for people to remember it over time and associate a specific period in their life with said song. Otherwise the effect is minimal. As much as I love Cuff It I don't think it's gonna be one of her signature songs down the line. 

I think she’s waiting for the visuals to drop before releasing more singles me thinks to give this album a 2nd wind

All it takes is for one of the songs to smash on tik tok (which they already have) like Cuff It, and it can do wonders for her. While she does minimum effort to promote the single it still gives a chance for AHAP, Heated, or AS to be more widely recognized by the gp, and even potentially get a remix if we bully her enough. Any sort of push is better than nothing at all, and I want the whole world to know how amazing these tracks are

Well if singles are released and it doesn't please a part of the fan base, the great about that is that, as pointed out there will no videos and performances, therefore it'll be very easy to avoid them. 

And it's too early to know but CI certainly has more chances to be remembered than most of her songs in recent years. And considering the classic RnB feel of the song, I think it will. 

The only reason fans honestly downplay singles is because they are tired of being disappointed that no singles are pushed and because due to this laziness or choice, beyonces relevancy can be rightfully questioned. Also its sad that the general public might not be familiar with so many quality tracks from Bey, but they surely know duds like video phone because Bey was everywhere during iasf..
