This discourse continues to be repeated, at the end of the day we’re all fans who have spent time and money on her, and clearly we care enough about her to talk about her on an ancient online pop forum whether it be negatively or positively. People can say whatever the hell they want in my opinion. Because I’m just going to scroll past it and move on with my day, which is exactly what Bey does every day. You are not doing her any favors for defending OR dragging her so discuss away with whatever you want to discuss about!

Regarding the ballad section: Well she obviously sings these 4 particular songs because they all revolve around LOVE. Neither Listen, Halo, IIWAB or Irreplaceable deal with this topic. Why is that so hard to get? I think its quite evident

Im perfectly fine with this as an opener tbh. It’s one of her best ballads plus opening with “I love yooou” is so motherly. I would love for her to re-record all of Dangerously In Love with her matured vocals tbh. This, Speechless, Yes, Be With You, etc

How does Halo not deal with the topic of love?

 

She could move rather die young to the intro and add MM&I, Listen, irreplaceable, etc to the mid show ballad then if the song has to be about love in the intro

Hmm I get that, but I find it just so weird to see people complaining about the lack of Halo when that song was deemed as a must-leave before the tour started because "everyone is sick of hearing it"

Halo is a classic, it should be there, even if it was just a broken down piano version. You have to please casual fans too, and I'm telling you now, Halo is one people love. Go look at the videos, people go crazy for her hits when they come on. It's crazy she hasn't done IIWAB, Irreplaceable, Listen, even BTINH would be good for the UK, it was a hit there. They would massive in a stadium.

But we have dangerously in love, 1+1, break my soul, crazy in love, run the world, love on top and some other classics everyone knows, so what exactly is the problem? Its not a legacy tour, its the tour for Renaissance

Casual fans prob wouldn't know the first 2. If you can't see how random the setlist is with 5 old album tracks then  she also cut 2 REN songs but left the others so.  

 

Also a moment like this would be insane in stadiums. Some of you get too defensive over others chatting about a setlist. 

 

 

 

Gosh it would be such a treat to hear her sing some of the DIL ballads/mids like Be With You, Yes, Speechless, MMI

 

 And I would LOVE to hear Signs live
