What I dont get with her stance: She says she wants people to consume her music like they did Nina Simones where its just about the music and nothing else. Does she realize that Nina actually performed and that a huge part of her appeal stems from her resilience, her performing her songs in front of white audiences, etc.? Like is it crack that family Carter is doing?

Beyoncé is as mainstream as mainstream gets, her alluding to Nina Simone never made sense because Beyoncé's scored more career hits than any woman artist after Madonna, Mariah and Rihanna.

 

She's just trying to be elusive and sort of an enigma.

 

I do think that it's clear as day she wasn't really "ready" when everything dropped. Colombia may have put pressure on her idk.

 

I think they know what they're doing though. Beyoncé is really pushing things this era, more than ever, and she definitely has something up her sleeves.

Legion has some sort of deal with SeatGeek. They were tweeting that last year, too, and we know no tour came.

Even for Beyoncé, none of this make much sense when you REALLY think about it. Even the tour rollout is messy and one thing Beyoncé used to never mess with was her touring. 

 

I still say the woman is pregnant and trying to throw off everyone.  I just dont see any other reason for this. None. Even Parkwood must be wondering what the heck is happening and recently even Dream commented on twitter something that alluded to how weird this is even to him and he is close to Bey!

I really don’t think the tour will sell out fast. I’d be pleasantly surprised if it was. She’s done literally nothing to maintain the era. All Taylor had to do was release two videos and announce a tour to keep the fans fed. Like…

I'm worried about the tour too at this point.

 

But yeah, there could be alot going on behind the scenes as people have been speculating.
