Imagine she releases the CUFF IT- ENERGY- BREAK MY SOUL visuals on YouTube all at once 2 days before she performs at the AMAs.
 

The full trailer for Renaissance Film plays after she wins Artist of the Year (and announces the tour in her speech). Tour dates are announced the next day.  The film premieres on Netflix the last Friday of November with the tickets going on sale the next day.

 

So much activity all at once pushes REN back in the top 3 on Billboard, Cuff It goes top 5, ENERGY becomes a moderate hit promo single and BMS gets a little revival. The tour sells out in 5 minutes and the film gets a 100 on Metacritic

Super Bowl is 100 million eyeballs. So it worked on that occasion.

 

Even as a huge artist, promoters have to factor in worst case scenarios for every tour (slow sales). Very unlikely to be a Bey problem, but there's too much $$$ involved to play with that. 

 

The visuals may be the confusing thing ever, but I'm confident the tour (announcement, mapping, and length from awareness to launch) will be handled fine. 

I'm not sure logic works. Giselle just does what she wants. 

 

I remember how we all swore here that it was impossible that the album would be released with nothing. That it would make sense 1st week because Columbia and so many things are hanging on it being successful. And as a pattern, she always makes a huge splash first week. It's almost 5 months since the "era" has started and BMS' video still isn't out, no performances, no videos of her process, nothing. Literally nothing has happened.  Even the tour announcement keeps getting delayed.

 

If she wants to announce it 1 month before the tour, that is just what she'll do, sadly. 

 

TBH the tour announcement isn’t eventful to me or something I’m pressed for. We know there’s a tour. We know we going to the show when it happens. That being delayed makes no difference.

 

The visuals though. Sigh. I really think my honeymoon faze with Rennie is over. Even when the visuals come, it’s going to feel anticlimactic. Yes I will be getting my life I guess, but it feels off. 
 

I’m more excited to see the Grammy nominations more or less.

There's still hype, but it's just limited to the fans now. But at the end if the day that's really what matters I guess.

I don't see Harry winning AOTY, but he might.

 

Beyoncé will probably get Urban categories so she'll keep her Grammy streak.
