Because most of Drake's music from his first few imperial [2009-15] years/eras didn't even go #1, when he actually made much better music. Billboard charts are quite literally skewed and aren't an indicator of quality. If we were using his musical highlights like "Find Your Love", "Marvins Room", "Make Me Proud", "The Motto", "Headlines", Hold On We're Going Home", "Pound Cake", "Over", "0 to 100", "Jumpman", "Aston Martin", "She Will", "Moment 4 Life", "Poetic Justice", etc. and so many others, then it would have been a closer competition. The majority of Drake's #1's are in fact subpar or just plain awful. Then again, it's Billboard.
