Yes, I love oats. Versatile, keeps you full for a long time, good amount of fiber, cheap. Most people here grew up eating oats in some way.

It's funny you say "enjoy" because I eat oats at least 5 days a week but I can't say I enjoy it. It's def improved my health though compared to having black coffee for breakfast

Protein oatmeal only by Kodak or Quaker a few times a week. Don't try to make it yourself. Protein oats don't cause my blood sugar to spike and make me feel dizzy and weird like regular oats do.

Yes I eat oats in all those ways. Lately I've been trying a bunch of different recipes with oats. Currently trying to learn how to make oat cake.

yup, everyday.

quick oats, 2 mins in the microwave, with a splash of almond milk, maple syrup, tablespoon of natural peanut butter, tablespoon of flaxseed, handful of blueberries and a banana.

Yes, I have baked oats most days now which means I can make a batch for the week

It's one of my favorite things to have for breakfast, or a late night snack, whenever it's cold. I tend to eat them mostly during the fall and winter months.
