as long as it's more than Beautiful Chaos that's great, if it isn't then it's just another 5-song EP anyway... the way they didn't even bother truly going all out for Animal's first week doesn't give me a lot of faith they care about this chart stuff at all especially when they already have a sold out arena tour and a gazillion ads/partnerships so

I just hope the girls are being well compensated for their hard work

70-100k would be cute

With so many droplets and singles released why they couldn't just paste those in a single project and call it an album? I'm sure they could have enough for a 12-16 album and it would do great numbers considering Gnarly and Gabriela.

I feel like their fanbase doesn't rly buy A LOT of physicals/ variants tbh and while the presaves are p good it's still less than like BP (who did Beautiful Chaos #s in the US) so unless Wild's are very local (unlikely?) idk if there'll be a substantial diff in demand for this.. movie screenings started today

So I just came back from the cinema and it was a very cute experience!

The audience average age was between 10 and 14-ish, which was incredibly lovely to watch as KATSEYE is basically the "first" group they truly experience and love.
It reminded me of when I was super crazy about High School Musical in a way.

Some things I took home with me:
- Daniela's favorite track out of the EP is PINKY UP
- They all value dedication more than everything as it takes a lot of effort to live the popstar life. This, while not explicitly said, kinda leads to the next point
- Manon has very little space (expected) during the documentary
- Their identity during SIS was still a blank page and they tried different styles to see what worked the best for them
- Before a TV interview they thought they were not on air yet, while they were, and used explicit language, etc. They initially thought they got in trouble, yet the public responded well to them being authentic. Gnarly is the result of this.
- All of them liked Gnarly from the beginning, minus Daniela. She eventually switched later with the choreography.
- Lara pitched multiple songs for the group since the SIS era, Unloveu is the first that got approved. More tracks will supposedly be made by her in the future.

The movie premiers today here in my city and it sold pretty well, I'm shocked. It's pretty much all sold out for today's sessions, with the only tickets available being the very late at night.

With no publishing and seeing how much has been invested...I would be shocked if they're making any royalties at all for the foreseeable future. They would make $ from touring and brand deals unless it's a horrible 360 deal where the label sucks all that up as well which wouldn't shock me. But they're probably having all their expenses paid at the moment as they fly around doing promo and rehearsals and whatnot.

Being really objective, I can't see her coming back at this point. It would be quite weird as the 5 of them are fully committed to the group, 101%.

I don't want to sound negative or anything like that, but her presence within the actual program -not just the group later on- was questionable due to commitment issues.

And, as other users mentioned, it's not even completely fair to expect such commitment as she was a blank page (artist-wise) when she got scouted. The current formation is so into the group and willing to live on a crazy schedule because they really wanted to be artists since they were kids.

Frictions are inevitable when goals and dreams do not go towards the same direction.
