I don't think her getting a boost this week was simply because paparazzi and pokerface is trending. I do think the gp is starting to associate Gaga music with Halloween. Her team needs to capitalize on this.

Typically the Halloween boost happens on Halloween day. Bloody Mary had a massive boost that day, but it didn't build up that much before

It's not like Christmas where songs start getting boosted in early November until Christmas Day

The Halloween boost doesn't start until like a day before lol it's very short-lived

Halloween boost def starts earlier than the day before Halloween

however it's more of a weekend boost and it's basically all October long. Each weekend the boost gets slightly bigger, that being said, the most noticeable effect is the day of Halloween and slightly before

Some fans theorized it's supposed to be a callback to pre-fame days since this footage leaked right before Disease mv dropped. She's wearing that exact shade.
