We'll know more when the lead singles drop (BMS's cover art was a still from the Nadia video, Texas and 16 both had Nadia visual stills as their cover art, too, and the official visualisers were all music video clips (BMS: Bey on Reneigh, THE: Bey with the smoking hand gun, 16C: Bey in pearls by the mirror)

There was a "rockstar" interlude in Cowboy Carter where she emulates Tina Turner, Elvis Presley, Little Richard, Chuck Berry, among others. I'm sure there are visuals already shot. This part of the tour was the only one that was very out of place and I'm sure it was intentionally a wink-wink for what's about to come.

it's clear we'll never get to see the original version of whatever this film was supposed to be but we'll see some of it in one way or another, maybe in an even better form. but she's not throwing away years of her time and millions of dollars, we should know her better than that by now. something will come out sooner or later (2028 probably )

Discarding "full albums" is completely different to her abandoning the visuals.

As we know Beyoncé is sitting on hundreds of unreleased songs. She routinely repurposes old songs, demos etc for later work. She is constantly recording. She can literally make new music from her home recording studio for free if she wanted to.

the visuals on the other hand can only really be repurposed for tour interludes and cover work.

Following this logic, that look she has on for her Texas Hold Em cover art, which also features in the vinyl booklet against that song, can safelt be assumed as a music video look. Bodyguard's vinyl image is the same outfit she has on for the Texas Hold Em visualiser, but if the videos connect to eachother in the film then there is likely crossover in which outfit appears where.

I guess what I'm saying, is if we have seen the outfit in cover art or in the album vinyl, we should probably assume it's an outfit she dons in a video.

The BMS one looks potentially like its from a video but the other can just be shoots? Like sure there is a chance it is from the music videos, but it can just as well be from 'photo' shoots where they film some videos too - potentially for interludes, etc.

However, the Im that girl teaser kinda hints that they might have been videos (again, with BMS look being the most likely from what it feels like to me).

I think a lot of the R&B fans that say that are folks that grew up in the 70s, 80s and 90s that stanned for Aretha, Whitney, Mariah, et al. They'll never fully give Bey her props because they are stuck and have very narrow definitions or thresholds of what they deem "a sanger". Most of the younger R&B fans and their favs recognize Bey's high level of skills and appreciate accordingly. All of Bey's peers and the artists she influenced praise her vocal talent. And funny thing is, the majority of the old heads' fav vocalists also appreciate Bey's vocal talent so I don't know why they be having their grundies in a twist lol. Hell, several legends who have passed on were praising her voice when she was younger.

She doesn't fit the conventional mold of a vocalist even though she's probably top 5 most technically proficient female vocalist of all time.

You either gotta stand there and sing, have zero sex appeal, have power ballads be your biggest hit or hoot, holler, strain for your life, and sing church songs.

Beyoncé is visually alluring, theatrical, a dancer, and a vocalist. She checks off all areas and people really don't know where to place her so she gets put in the Michael Jackson performer category when she also very well fits the Whitney, Mariah, Celine box if we really get into it. Anyway these ppl think Brandy, Sia, and Adele outsing her so who really gaf. Maybe an IQ thing.

Barbie and that Paper Magazine girl both said they didn't meet Bey, and it's become quite clear through RWT interludes that the original visuals were to include many street and group shots with random people and cameos (probably most without herself, mores to showcase 'community'). Maybe she didn't like that aspect as much anymore or with the rest of the trilogy didn't make as much sense anymore.

Regardless, these girls wouldn't know about "scrapped." What's most interesting to me from what Barbie said: Carmen Electra is in it. She was VERY close to Prince (for some time romantically, too).
