Personally I feel like GC alleviated her status as a pop star cause she held her own against them, and her singing live with other artists is pretty much non existent except with her sister. The Math is a little cringey but her vocals are on fire

I keep wondering why she is so against singing the spoken part, she did it in all her previous tours and it never sounded cringe or weird lol. Maybe she finds it awkward? She has made her band learn the song, so I'm pretty sure it will happen at some point, maybe not now, but hopefully for the European leg.

Understood but she's already made it clear that she's more then down to work with others after this project too. Matt's not doing what exactly? Her post BIBO sessions were leaking and they're were very much pure pop perfection with Matthew's involvement. Also he's the whole reason that our girl got even back into music in the first place. No way he wouldn't be supportive of whichever direction she'd want again. Cohesive doesn't also mean boring or repetitive. If her original run was bubblegum pop, pop rock, dance pop, folk pop, edm pop and now mature pop she can revisit and explore other genres. What benefit does she gets from sticking to the same sound if she never did to begin with. That's what's made stanning her music so much fun. She has a versatile catalog. BIBO also is criminally underrated and a cult classic especially in the gay community with her queer fans. Another album in that vein would be much appreciated and Matt was involved with that. Breathe In Breathe Out, Confetti and Arms Around A Memory have him writing and or producing and are some of the clear standout and highlights of that album

Also to those who went today idk if you caught it but during her exit she said "see you soon again" what's the update on the deluxe? Unless the tea about her dropping a b sides instead true? She needs to re-record This Heart (Is Mine) and officially release it. Also no shade cause I like La Roux and La Mac is cute but she could've used bigger and better openers

And honestly, even though I would have preferred for her to do The Getaway or some song from Dignity, I went back in time and enjoyed it!

Having said that, I hope she starts rotating different songs each night, just to keep it interesting!

I love that she brought out her girls and think it was a great contrast having had GC two nights ago and now she was being a mom eating pizza with her kids on stage!

I probably won't get to see her in Edmonton anymore cause I'm leaving Canada and moving, but I'm so looking forward to the spring leg of the tour.

I can't wait for the dates to be released!

I would love a pop rock song/album from her, specially after seeing her devour The Anthem live and how much she enjoyed doing it!

It was like watching 16 year old Hil all over again!

All I said is I don't see her doing a collab with any DJ and I don't think by how she felt pressured into working with Tove that those two are ever doing it again, but Charli or Zara would be good!
