I love Roommates (don't get me wrong) but Mature was the one that started it all! Even Hil called it her North Star for Luck and Atlantic put all of their money on it sending it to radio... Yes, I know they sent it months later, but there must be a reason for it in my opinion! Wasn't that lady the one that called Why Not the worst song she ever heard? If Hil forgave her for it, then she should forgive Amy Poehler as well and just do SNL! What I like the most about Roommates is how good she sounds on it, but if I had to choose only one I'd take Mature all day cause it never gets old and I think it will be part of her setlist for the remainder of her music career!

I knew Hil was going to exposed his marketplace obsession at some point! Poor Matt even got scammed once trying to get a curly haired cat for Banksy, thankfully he found another guy that actually owned a curly haired cat and finally brought Moon home with him... He needs to stop, but even if he doesn't, that's a really clever idea for a song and I would love for people to start assuming that Mature is about Liam Neeson or Jason Statham! 🤭

OMG, same... I keep watching it over and over again, just to see her smiling every time she talks about the record! Mature just never gets old imo, so that's fine with me. The docuseries that Hil was working on with Sam Wrench, it's no longer a docuseries and now it's a movie directed by Daniel Catullo and he confirmed on his LinkedIn profile that it's coming out later this year!

Wait, so you don't think that we're gonna get at least a little bit of those moments in the Lucky Me movie? I mean, her show usually last 45 minutes tops, so I think we'll get some looks at the making-of or behind the scenes of the album/tour like this one! What stands out to me the most about this is that Hil, you know, a person that is always so positive, has great energy/vibes and brings so much light to our lives can have fans like that. Anyways, can anyone tell me why is this thread closing in march when she's got the Lucky Me movie coming out, is working on a deluxe (plus a Christmas EP?) and will still be touring around the world over a year from now? I mean, now that we all were reminded of the fact that the mods are watching over us, maybe one of them can explain their reasoning!

Well, I'll support our Queen if she wants to do it, but I agree with @SafeAndSound that that wouldn't be a good move cause all eyes are on Dolly's death and her family right now and I don't want Hil to do a biopic on such a sensitive topic. Hilary would be perfect for it though, but we've been down that road before! I've always enjoyed whenever Matt's band puts a new single out and he makes a video showing fans how he made each song, but this one is a whole new level... Seeing Hil's face light up like that when talking about the making process behind not just Mature, but the rest of the album as well, was priceless! Also, my favourite part was seeing how hands on HD was on the making of the album even though she doesn't know anything about production and doesn't play any musical instruments, she just had a clear vision about what she wanted to sing about and how she wanted it to sound like. And ultimately, I just LOVED how passionate she seemed while talking about her music, it reminded me of a 15-year old Hil talking about Metamorphosis and I couldn't be any more proud of her!

I think some people needs to just enjoy life a little bit more, it's just a fun little song (that I personally enjoy) for a christmas movie, you know? Sure, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and if you don't like, then you don't like it... But, the way I see it Hil made a good song that's aimed at kids, I'm sure her kids love it (ok, maybe Luca not so much) and she's part of the soundtrack for a big budged movie, so she could get more opportunities like this for other Warner projects, while collecting those coins!

Yes, Hil deserves a Grammy's nomination at the very least. And I'm here for a Christmas EP as long as there's at least two original songs on it and we get the deluxe right after she's done with her shows in Canada and Mexico!

You do realise that the clip he posted is from an interview Hil did for Glamour SEVEN months ago, right? While her interview for Dazed was roughly a month ago and she clearly said that she enjoys performing her old pop-rock songs, but doesn't think she'll be making songs like those anymore... So, I don't think HD will EVER decide to go with a certain sound, just because of an instagram cover. She's not longer doing anything to please someone other than herself, you know? Whoa! There's no need to be rude! This is a forum where we support our favourite artists, meet other people that may or not share our same interests and definitely have a ton of FUN! And honey, sometimes I kinda feel bad for you, cause you don't seem to be having fun at all. Oh, one more thing... I know, right? By the way, isn't Mexico one of the biggest countries in the world? I've never been to Mexico, but I've been to Hawaii and different countries in Europe and celebs know they shouldn't have dinner at The Costes Hotel in Paris or Sushi Park in L.A and whatnot, unless they want their picture taken. So, how do paps find someone like Hil when she's not in a hot spot like Cabo? I mean, she's in Puerto Vallarta, or is that a hot spot as well? Is it like hotels calling photographers or it's just celebrities staying at the same places all the time?

I know, Hil doesn't really cares about awards as much as she cares about earning respect for her craft, but even a nomination would be HUGE and she honestly deserves it cause once again (and I know I sound like a broken record) what she accomplished with both the album and the tour is unheard of!

All that woman wants is 15 more minutes of fame, so maybe she should just call Ashley Tisdale instead to see if she can be an extra on her show... Well, before it gets cancelled, obviously! Yeah, I think first of all having Matt supporting her in every aspect, but specially with him been in the music industry for such a long time, knowing so many people and then him been so unapologetic about his own music and him writing and singing about whatever he wants even if sometimes that may hurt some feelings or egos. Yes, the tickets are expensive, specially for someone like me that is only attending to see HER perform cause I don't care for the other acts, but I'll definitely fly to Los Angeles to support her! Yeah, I'm sure the new single will be part of the deluxe and that's why Hil being so silent on IG is killing me, but I understand that she's milking every second with her family right now and she definitely deserves that little break, you know? THIS All I heard is that apparently she approached Lindsay Lohan once at a night club and tried to talk **** about HD just to become friends with Lindsay and well, she rejected her and told her "you should hear what she said about you" and then walked away... It's all so childish and dumb that it doesn't bother me anymore to be honest with you.

Well, you may be right, but we still don't know what else Hil will announce next, like the Lucky Me movie and the Christmas song(s) so who knows maybe Warner rushed to release CATastrophe, so it would not interfere with something else! Plus the song will get lots of promo once the movie is out, so I'm sure in the meantime she's working on the deluxe, a new single (maybe?) and something tells me we'll get a new song for the Lucky Me movie too! BTW I'm thinking of flying to see her at the Jingle Ball in L.A (specially if we get a Christmas song) but I don't want to go alone... or something.
