  1. Oh good eye ...it's a Christmas tree ornament box Mahjong Under the Tree and Catastrophe double feature is coming
  2. She definitely shot a music video
  3. Facts. I also feel the video we got could have worked for We Don't Talk instead, since it feels pretty lonely and contemplative. Weather For Tennis def deserved a better visual, it's such a colorful song. At least we got Roommates which was amazing, but in the future I'd love to see her take even bigger swings with her videos whether it's a new character she plays or a weird art direction I'd love to see her just shake it up more in that department. Speaking of....
  4. The way she gestures the controller at the screen...we know she's never picked up a videogame before inspired by PC gamer chanteuse Xtina of course Also this lyric will forever irk me: "Yeah, I'm thankful Scratch that, baby, I'm grateful" Like sis you just said the same thing?
  5. Queen of Google and Reebok
  6. So random, as she'll be in the UK during the US Open finals anyway. I think they were just being cheeky with Tennis for a cute caption, but it does feel a bit out of character for HQ. Either way they shouldn't play with us like that talking about a halftime show, we're hyper sensitive
  7. Let's hope this is just the beginning of a streaming push for Mature now, since it seems to have peaked at AC radio. The irony of Atlantic treating Mature like a late bloomer...
  8. Mature has been added to the official "Gay Music Video Night" playlist on Spotify
  9. The muscles literally a supergirl superhero
  10. Agree, these campaigns are great but they need to actually use her music. Unless this is the instrumental for Catastrophe? Now I'm gonna need her to slay us and release an album/EP full of high energy gym playlist bangers, aka her Future NostalgiaOne In A Million will have to do for now, though.
  11. Can it be September already? I need new setlist additions and surprises for the next leg, GRAMMY buzz with an official recorded performance, and the Catastrophe rollout to start asap
  12. I don't see this happening. No hate but I'm definitely cringing a bit. If anything they'll just play an AI-generated clip of her as the "appearance" and the Disney adults will go wild
  13. I love this take it must be so validating for her after all these years of wanting it for so long but not sure if people will show up/care. I'm so excited to see how it impacts her next steps/direction with new music too. She's the most artistically "free" she's ever been, especially with Matthew behind her and all of us perched for whatever she wants to create next. The way she honors the old music is so admirable too, it's clear she resonates with a lot of the old stuff in probably a deeper way than ever before since she's revisiting them through an adult lense.
  14. Let's say she does get booked for SNL as a musical guest, what 2 songs could you see her performing? I could see her opening with Mature (deserves its TV moment), then closing out with Adult Size Medium (with the iconic couch of course). Regardless, it would be a HUGE opportunity for her to introduce her music to a wider audience, and maybe win over some people who only know her as a former teen star. The performances get posted afterwards and can generate lots buzz/conversation, which makes it a bit scary as her singing will be under a microscope (similar to how the Fallon performance was but on a bigger scale imo). But she's taking crazy chances this era and I'm manifesting that she snatches this moment.
  15. I'm still ruminating over this, I feel like it's more than just Christmas music since we know she's been wanting to make that for a while. Unless Catastrophe is a bigger song than expected and getting a huge rollout from Atlantic followed by a full Christmas album. The fact that it's going to have a music video kinda leads me to that. And honestly with that song named Catastrophe they better not let it flop
  16. To be fair, it was always going to be hard to top having a threesome on stage. She really did that
  17. Impressive numbers, especially attendance. She's always underestimated
  18. Me when I sing off key in my chorus
  19. Okay but I'm screaming at the idea of Hilary releasing a dark emotional rock ballad for an animated Cat In The Hat film starring Bill Hader. We'll eat our words when the user you're referencing is secretly an insider and Catastrophe is indeed "Dangerous to Know" reincarnate and the film is actually a deep exploration of generational trauma with deep geopolitical undertones
  20. Speaking of charts, I really hope she scores a Hot 100 entry again, and soon. It's definitely harder to do so than it used to be, but I feel she has so much goodwill built up this era, both in the music industry and with the GP, I think they could leverage that given everything they've learned from this rollout. Her streaming is improving, and she scored 2 top 20 adult radio hits with a bit of a push. So whether it's a luck...song actually gaining traction or from a new droplet/lead single, it would just be cool to see happen even though the charts don't really "matter". I think she should just keep releasing music and growing her catalogue, which sounds like the plan
  21. I'm fairly convinced "hero" is just an old scrap now that was just discovered recently (given the Gad of it all). Or maybe it's actually just the working title for Catastrophe and was reworked. Either way I hope we get it eventually, it's now a part of her growing "unreleased" lore
  22. Does anyone else feel that If I Fall kind of fits in the luck...era? I honestly wouldn't be mad if she slapped that on the deluxe (with a full bridge and finished production of course) along with some other new tracks
  23. PSA: there's an "ignore" feature for certain users and we love her
  24. Yes I can totally see her leaning further into the dreamy/layered/synthy sound but still very melodic and punchy when it needs to be. Agree that her natural tone is best suited in this zone (and dance pop of course, but that's less likely). Honestly I kind of want more violins/strings involved too? I love how Luck...had a bit of that threaded throughout the record.
  25. Her "CAN'T STOP THE FEELING!" is coming to smash
