EP out on iTunes NZ. I actually don't mind it! Doesn't sound so Christmas-y as I feared. It's VERY Hilary and in the lane of LOS. I Want is the most Santa Clause Lane sounding song, I'd say. Last Christmas (Mine) sounds so much better than the OG version, they've fully we-worked the production.

Christmas EP out this Friday, including Last Christmas (Mine). Honestly? Would've preferred Holiday Party MV over this as I hate Christmas music lol. But anyways, at least the vinyls are cute.

Here's the full performance! She basically handed a microphone to someone in the front row to say the spoken part and she picks back up in the "rear view mirror part". Just like she said she would during soundcheck in London! It's so good, but she seemed a bit lost towards the end, probs cause it's the latest addition. But I cannot wait to hopefully hear it next year!!

Play With Fire is iconic, and she shouldn't have removed it. I don't get why she's swapping out songs. That being said, The Getaway is a fan favorite and has been requested nonstop at soundchecks. Every fan I talked to said they were hoping to hear it, so let's not suddenly pretend it's a song nobody cared about. It's the third most streamed song on her self-titled album, with only a couple million fewer streams than PWF. It's hugely popular within the fandom and one of Hilary's favorites, too. It ALWAYS belonged on the setlist. It's a pity it's happening under the circumstances of having to swap out another fan favorite, so I agree on that.

Yeah I think she should've swapped it for ABH if anything, since it wasn't even a single. But we already got to hear PWF this year, so I'm stoked we will most likely get The Getaway next year!

I'm digging it. It sounds SOOO her. Especially the chorus, it has this nice boppy vibe while still feeling kinda rock-ish? Can we also talk about the vocals? I've been missing Hilary's power vocals. This sounds closer to what we remember her for than most of the tracks on LOS. I definitely want more of this on her next album, not necessarily sound-wise, but vocal-wise. Supporting this decade's "Siamese Cat Song."

Guessing we'll get a proper snippet in a couple of hours when it comes out in NZ. Not expecting much, tbh, but new music is always welcome!

Doubtful that will happen, and even if it did, the same would happen on the other side and people who did soundcheck this year will complain about not having an individual picture with Hilary.

It would be great to ask her, then again, she probably won't even remember 😂. She doesn't even remember the Best Of photoshoot (which is actually the Japanese Dignity shoot)

Completely random, but I just read a comment saying the Most Wanted cover is kind of a double entendre. The cover looks like a mugshot, so she's literally "most wanted." Ugh, her mind.

What Christmas Should Be is such a banger and it's by far the only song from that album that doesn't sound like it's catered to 13 year-olds. I can definitely see her performing it, it was also kinda big back in the day when Cheaper by the Dozen came out.
