I remember listening to this album on repeat, for the entire summer of 2006 when I was visiting family in Europe. Something so cinematic, with so many core memories of playing this on my CD player nonstop. This album will forever hold a special place in my heart.

I think it's probably a combination of multiple things. Yes, her appearance and the media blitz about her health being literally EVERYWHERE. Also, the album was experimental for her, and not as mainstream and an 'easy listen' as her previous work. I also have only listened to the record a handful of times but came to realize it's just not for me. I also understand that for some other people and fans, it's their favorite album by her.

WOW this is SO SMOOTH. The video is soooo stunning, too. I hope this is a smash for her. ALSO her album 'Wet Dreams' is also veryyyy solid.

I am so here for an enlightened and more mature Doja! Speaking for myself, I was turned off when she was going off the wall just acting so unhinged. It seems like she is a lot more grounded now.

Honestly, kind of yeah! She had done A LOT of promo on almost all of the daytime/night time shows, YouTube shows, podcasts, ect ect. On top of having a sold out and viral tour most nights. But I am kind of not surprised, as the algorithms has us all in our own bubbles!
