Was getting a drivers license difficult for you?

Featured Replies

Was getting your drivers license easy for you or difficult? I feel like many people don't talk about getting their license a lot of the time because it's viewed as something you should just get and move on with your life, but it's something so many people struggle(d) with me thinkz

What is your story?

getting my license was easy.

dealing w traffic and having to think for other drivers is the hard part.

The hardest part was the driving test. But I found in my town there were two places you could go and one was significantly easier to pass because it was in a less crazy part of town. So I went there and passed on the first go

no it was super easy, i love driving

hear the birds on the summer breeze i drive fast...

the way I had to take that doomed exam like 3 times :1878188721_deadbanana2z-Copy:

but a btch made it eventually :gaycat5:

Yes, and I failed my first try.

I have horrible anxiety driving though, it's just so hard for me. I'm too broke to own a car anyway, but I know I eventually have to face my fear ::gaycat6:

yes I failed like 2 times and had so much anxiety during my tests

I never really felt comfortable driving until my late 20s and even now I'm horrible at parking and always park far away where there's lots of spots

help same :rip:

Yes.
The first time I almost ran over a cyclist. And the second time I almost ran over a motorcyclist. These beaches popped out of nowhere..

The third time it went flawless :gaycat4:

The driving test was super easy, but I failed the online exam twice :rip:

I failed 3 times :deadbanana4:

Everyone tells me how good a driver I am, I just can't park for **** and all my major faults in tests were from my parking :rip:

It was actually a little to easy for me. I forgot what side of he road to drive on and went into the left lane for a few seconds before I realized. I still got my license :rip:

I found it easy but I did have like 4 professional lessons which definitely helped me learn some tricks and tips I use to this day. It's stressful at the time of course.

I have my license and I shockingly got mine on the first try but I hate driving. I get so much insane anxiety driving.

I moved to a major city and use public transportation, Uber, and ride with my friends now because of this.

I took me a year to get mine. Failed like 4 times and I took long breaks between failed tests because of depression.

I cried at my 5th try so the examiner just let me pass.

It was easy for me. I had to take drivers ed because in my state it's required if you're under 18 which I was at the time and the instructor pretty much takes you through a mock test so I knew how to prepare for the actual test.

I have friends that really struggled with anxiety and failed a few times before finally getting it, so it's not unusual to struggle and mess up due to anxiety/overthinking.

I failed it once :deadbanana4: but second time I got it cuz I think they felt sorry for me cuz they saw i failed it once already

I have my license but i don't use it because I moved to a big city. Feel really bad about it too, because I think I forgot how to drive :deadbanana4:
