I love the iPhone but I miss Steve Jobs back when Apple was actually innovative and exciting. The iPod and earlier iPhones were iconic. Sometimes I feel like the Apple brand is on life support just to stay alive.

It keeps getting worse…

The idea of folding a screen is interesting but the resulting dimensions don't seem very practical? Like who needs a screen that big for their phone

When I was 13 I would browse tech forums and blogs religiously (like 2010-2011). The Gizmodo leak of the iPhone 4 from someone who left the prototype at a Palo Alto bar was ICONIC

 

But it's so weird how designs that would have been mocked as silly fanmade mockups that Apple would never stoop to by the users on those forums back then are actually what they're pursuing now. The post-Jobs era has been such a decline in the magic.

I will never understand the desire for this lol. Just buy a regular flip phone if you truly miss that feature

I've had my samsung flip 6 for over a year now and it's working perfectly. No issues to speak of.

 

Love folding it, how small it is in my pocket, quickly changing spotify songs or reading messages on the cover screen, quick alarm setting etc.

 

The boring touch screen slab phones that have dominated the past 15 years are not the be all and end all.
