I feel like nowadays every guy has some sort of gym body and they're put on a pedestal and thirsted after because of it.  They have no redeeming qualities other than gymming and doing roids, but lying and saying they eat 12 eggs in one sitting.

well the male beauty standard is to be jacked and it takes a lot of effort to achieve that (if you don't shoot)

however some people may not want that and that's fine! you couldn't pay me to have blue or green eyes even though that's the western beauty standard

tbh I feel better about myself when I work out. I also recently started boxing classes and I am drenched by the end of it. There's nothing wrong with wanting to feel better about yourself, but I agree that you can't make it your entire personality or think of yourself as a "life coach" because you're in the gym two hours a day
