  1. Up until recently, I dated someone who hated Addison Rae and would make fun of Britney Spears' mental health, but I would also joke about Ice Spice's ๐Ÿ’ฉ verses and Lil Kim's botched up face (his top 2 favorite artists), so it was okay to deal with. (Also, he was lowkey toxic, so I'm glad that it's over )
  2. Recently, I've been into Janet Jackson's discography, and when I found out about this performance, I was honestly gagging the whole time. For context, during the "All For You Tour", she performs the song "Would You Mind", which is basically about how she would satisfy her man in a s**ual way. During the performance, she goes to the crowd "I'm feeling a little lonely up in here, I think I need some company" and while she's looking for someone, a bondage chair appears where the "act" will happen. After she finds the "victim" for it, the guy gets tied up in the chair, and then Janet proceeds to show him and the public an enagment on how she would "satisfy" her partner doing kind of obscene things (rubbing her hand on his crotch, going down like she's gonna do ****, getting too close to him, etc.). When I first saw it (although I found it risquรฉ and iconic at the same time), I was questioning how anyone in her team didn't question how this would be seen as problematic, even in 01/02. And then I was showing to someone I was talking at the time, and he goes "If the guy is not a stunt, then to me she was literally doing s***ual assault", specifically mentioning the "crotch" part. Which makes me question: do you guys think that if this performance were done today, by any artist, would it be considered "too problematic" and cause enough backlash to the artist's career being cancelled?
  3. This is my answer to anyone who wanna believe in this BS: The fact that there are still ppl believing the IDF is on "the right side of history" is utterly gross.
  4. God forbid a woman talking about sourdough without being called 'crazy'
  5. Saw her live last year and although she might not known as a good dancer nor for serving vocals, she definitely has a big catalogue, creativity, charisma, and energy that can easily entertain. And also, the concept of 'The Eras Tour' was pretty well executed imo, no wonder why it was the huge success it was. 8/10 โœจ
  6. Me trying to find the "unhealthy thin" models:
  7. This album cover really makes the Addison's cover look like a masterpiece
  8. The fact that he still has a (somehow) successful career is a big mystery for me...
  9. The fact you notice Britney's influence and inspiration in most of the actual pop girls... Yes, she is
  10. I never thought her and Tate McRae would ever have anything in common.
  11. Can't wait to see her "conversion therapy era" and being a flop as usual.
  12. Nope. (though ppl saying nasty things about her daughter is weird and disrespectful)
  13. Honestly? Overrated and overdone already. Never understood the hype of it (I mean, love pistachios but still), people in my home country went crazy buying it and then reselling for way more than it's normally sold in the supermarkets.
