It's sad though because the soundtrack actually knocks.

Bionic is like the Thriller of flops

 

Katy has mastered the art of the iconic flop. Witness is used synonymously with flopping. During 143 she even flopped in outer space. 

In my generation, ARTPOP is definitely the most iconic flop and it's not close. Witness used to have a sort of cute notoriety as a flop but was totally overshadowed by the rest of her career following with a quickness.

Among Swifties evermore is kinda an iconic flop. Unfortunately, other fanbases can't participate in that one since it still moved over 10 million units worldwide.

 

Can't call Taylor's worst performing album ever a flop when it outsold their fave's "smash" albums.

Witness and 143. Even when she flops she still does it the best.
