Maroon 5 - "All Night"

Featured Replies

i swear they already had a song with this title :deadbanana2: the generic-ness is insane

I can't believe they used to make albums like Songs About Jane and It Won't Be Soon Before Long :deadbanana4: they're beyond horrible now

Sounds terrible and like the most generic song of 2025. Who allowed them to still be a thing in this post-covid world?

It sounds like they took Levitating by Dula Peep and then mixed it with every song they've released over the past decade:suburban:

Now, the men in this "band" know for damn well certain not only is this song trash, but also that they've released nonstop trash for over a decade. Imagine having such little self-respect... :deadbanana2:

Their lead single just completely bombed.

And this one will too. People are uncomfortable bringing this up, but the Superbowl performance destroyed Adam Levine's credibility and he was never successful afterwards.

The over-processed vocals :toofunny2: He sounds like a frog

Anyway, it's over. Their lead single got heavy radio support and went nowhere so any subsequent single will get a hesitant reaction from programmers and Maroon 5 cannot get a hit without radio

What the hell happened to them? Everything released after the V album is such a downgrade, Maps and Animals were their last two great songs. Can't believe this is the same band that released This Love, She Will Be Loved, Won't Go Home Without You, Payphone, Daylight or the earlier mentioned songs.

This isn't true. "Memories" was a massive hit less than a year after the Superbowl and has gone on to be one of their biggest songs.

However, I do think you made a point that the Supebowl was the beginning of the end for them. The Superbowl laid bare to the world how much they had declined and sacrificed quality for fast food music. The absolute horrible follow-up album was the final nail in the coffin.

JT and M5 both suffered the same fate where they became totally irrelevant to anyone 30 or younger.

And to a lesser extent, The Weeknd as well.  His car based performance was a joke. But he is also actively destroying his own cool factor with his movie / tv escapades.

not sure if this is going to be pushed to radio . Priceless is still gaining and i think a much better song. maybe it will later but i  think this  is sort of weak.

I'm so tired of these AI'ed paint by numbers tracks from "Maroon 5" and how Spotify and radio forcefully pushes them to the top so frequently. If Adam/Maroon 5 are just going to be releasing uninspired writing camp stinkers like this and all their other songs over the past 10 years, they can really keep it.

I don't think I've ever went from LOVING to HATING a band more than Maroon 5. They went from being quality, to the millennial equivalent of Benson Boone.
