There are lots of strong tracks on here, but the album is too short and the title/visuals did not really match the overall sound. It's a decent Miley album overall.

Also I don't think she should work with The Monsters & Strangerz ever again. She needs to stick with rock-oriented producers like Shawn Everett, Jonathan Rado, Maxx, Andrew Watt, etc. They seem to understand how to fulfill her creative vision in the most bold and exciting ways. More songs with Model/Actriz as producer could have been INCREDIBLE.

Smile is tooo good, I genuinely don't understand why it wasn't on the standard when there was clearly room for it. The short tracklisting is my main issue with this. I'm growing to love every song, but we REALLY needed like 2-3 more big statement songs to round out the album overall.

Aftermath is growing on me a lottt after a few listens, she sounds stunning in the chorus and this trance production is something I didn't know I needed from her

I can tell that several tracks (Aftermath, Redlights, Orbit) will grow on me with more listens, but the album is definitely more muted than I expected from the album title and visuals. Thankfully there are a handful of strong highlights on here and I genuinely see the album growing with more listens. 7.5/10
