The song was pretty big out of the US and has aged pretty well unlike the rest of the list. The weird combination of reggae and rock influence in the production that worked against it at the time, worked in its favor in the long run.

I think there's a general tendency to assign more merit to heavy, dramatic roles and downplay the lighter stuff, but Cher held Moonstruck together and was beaming through the screen. It was a great performance and it was a better movie (it won 2 other Oscars other than Cher's while Fatal Attraction won none) Glenn Close is an amazing actress but Fatal Attraction is a terrible film and her character is the villain which never helps in an Oscars race.

Yeah this was a cute W for them and it still gets great daily streams so it will be their first 100M easily. Only for 'I can't be high around you anymore' to leave it in the dust when their team wakes up

Those first two albums should have secured like seven generational smashes for her. I hate Blackground. Always rooting for a JoJo comeback beyond those 2 records, but still very glad that legacy will be better preserved now (and that she will probably be getting better royalties from now on)

The fact that she rose above the DISASTROUS rollout her label did for her debut, thanks to pure talent and quality, and the song whose momentum they squandered is about to re-enter the chart... Incompetence cannot hold her down.

Because Teenage Dream was smash after smash, to a total of 8 remembered hits, while PRISM had "only" 2 smashes. Even before TOTGA's explosion, TD was still doubling PRISM's daily streams. Maybe if Walking on Air and Legendary Lovers had been singles #4 and #5...
