I own airpod pro's 2 but I want to invest in over-ear headphones!

I want some that have VERY good sound quality but also somewhat affordable, and yes ik it's hard to get good sound quality with wireless but idc i just wanna know the best in the game. also i don't want ugly ones. and i don't really care for noise cancellation 

Here are my options so far

Skullcandy Crushers Evo, good for the gym but sound quality is mid

Sony XM-5's

Sony XM-4's

Sony ULT's 

Airpod Max's (expensive asf though and people say it's mid)

which ones do you use and which one's should i purchase? thank you ATRL!

HyperX  I mean they are a PC headset but they are a decent price and music sounds so HQ in them, while my airpods always sound so flat.

i would get the xm4 for under $200 at this point

yeah id stay clear from the airpods they never seem to have a good sound, I'd say go with one of the Sony's quality stuff out of the options you listed. (try a cheaper brand so your not wasting money incase they suck) 

get a bose quietcomfort

or xm4, which i used for some time, sounded pretty good with some eq tweaking, great noise cancelling too. it's kinda old now so maybe xm5 if you want up to date hardware and software.

the best headphones are the ones that are ON

 

not headphones but sony XM4 done pissing me off recently and i'm tired of airpods pro so i went back to these queens

I have had countless pairs of the Panasonic ErgoFit earbuds. They're like $10 on Amazon and they sound better than my AirPods. I also have Beats Studio Pro which are great, but nothing beats the Panasonic earbuds for me.

they were great until they randomly stopped charging for literally no reason 

 

i'm too lazy to go to sony and my sister bought them in another country so i would probably have to pay if it needs to be fixed... idk... honestly they're amazing when they work... but i looked online and apparently a lot of people have the same problem as me. i tried everything and they won't charge. mind you absolutely nothing happened to them

I have a pair of Koss Porta Pro Wireless and they suck ass so definitely not that one 

i use oneodio wired headphones, they're big but they're comfy & also provide noise isolation. my last pair lasted 3 yrs & i only replaced them bcs the padding was fraying which is pretty decent for $35. their prices vary depending on what you're looking for but most are around that price range

I've always heard wonders about Koss headphones so I bought a pair of Porta Pros last year and they were so awful I returned them two days later  

 

OT: Sennheiser has a ton of good options. Try looking for the Momentum 4 model

Sony ULT Wear offers the same quality as the XM series but provides more options if you need more bass.

I love a full, rich deep sound with a lot of bass. Beats Studio Pro suit my needs just fine. I tried other headphones but I find they don't pack the same punch as Beats.

Go with Sony XM6 sis. The upgrade will be worth it.

would honestly never go skullcandy, even for expensive ones. they're such style over substance, every pair of anything i had by them dropped to bits really quickly

im old so i love my wired apple & beats headphones.
