Why do people engage with artists they don't like . I couldn't imagine camping in a Bieber thread and keeping up with his every move... I just ignore him We must pray for the victims of Taylor Swift

When TS12 sounds like this

Ended every dance pop album by other girls

This is my favorite part of a Taylor era, when we don't know anything and the possibilities are endless since Queen knows how to surprise while also playing it safe. And no one gets to complain yet. :celestial2:

Yes, I always enjoy the part of the album cycle where everyone comes with the wildest hopes and expectations and then Taylor comes with another pop album produced by Jack Antonoff. Yall never learn.

See, I think So High School-adjacent, alt rock-inspired but catchy, is a reasonable guess :alexz3:It's one of the more recent songs on TTPD, she clearly likes it, and she's had success with that specific 'vibe' in the past (see August)

But I agree that Taylor wouldn't do Erotica, and I can't see her doing COADF either. Her last five albums have all included country/folk influence, even the ones that're mainly pop. 1989/Rep were different because she had certain points to make, like her becoming a pop girl.

Elvira needs to be on TS12. Addison is insane

We need sweet ear candy pop chunes evoking the mid 20th century with strong narratives. The Bolter but make it 60s. :gaycat3: We need her to END Connie Francis, Patsy Cline, Peggy Lee & co. that keep trending on Tik Tok. She can do something akin to Maybe by Emma Bunton for the gays too

I swear i will NEVER understand why she's so much more popular in Flanders compared to Wallonia. Wallonia is a fantastic region in general but we're such a flop when it comes to Taylor. I'm 100% convinced i'm the only Swiftie in my entire town :rip:

Cities with NFL Stadiums that had Eras Tour shows & will host World Cup games next year (June-July) at those same venues:

Arlington/Dallas-Fort Worth

Atlanta

East Rutherford/New York City

Foxborough/Boston

Houston

Inglewood/Los Angeles

Kansas City

Miami

Philadelphia

Santa Clara/San Francisco

Seattle

Vancouver

These are all major markets for her except Vancouver and I'm sure preparation for the World Cup games will, at the very least, also block the stadiums for any other use in May as well. Planning a US stadium tour for 2026 will be quite impractical, if not even impossible outright. So i feel like if TS12 is indeed coming this year, she might do an arena tour or maybe a stadium residency in select few cities to change things up, or she'll start touring overseas this time and only come back to the US in 2027 (which i also find unlikely tbh, she always prioritises the US market).

Flanders goes hard for her, she needs to do a mini residency there after she does one for the lovely Filipino Swifties

Flanders really doesn't deserve it for so many reasons, stanning Taylor is one of the only good things they do :coffee2:

Thee most insane thing to read out of context, or even in context. :deadbanana2:

In retrospect, the masters letter had one glaring omission: Did she re-record the Holiday Collection? Does a Taylor's Version of Christmas Must Be Something More exist? Because that would be really ******* funny to me :jonny2:

She would be the first artist of the 2020s and only the second woman to go to #1 with a holiday album after Susan Boyle if she released one :gaylorcat2:

I've always assumed it was due to Dutch speakers generally being more exposed to/more open to learning English and listening to English music than French speakers, but that's just wild speculation :giraffe:
