This is SENDING me :deadbanana4:

At least The Outside and Getaway Car are within the realm of deniability since they're somewhat common song titles. But then coupled with the hand-picked lyrics from Lover and Cardigan and You'll Be Alright Kid… :ahh:

No clue about this guy besides his song being #1 on Spotify right now. But surely this was a purposeful tribute? If not it's kinda embarrassing…

EDIT: The way he sings "you'll be alright kid" sounds identical to how Tay sings "you're on your own kid" :khalyan2: what's going ONNNN

This once again shows why Ms Swift is a better songwriter than most. A song to your younger self/ growth is such an overdone topic in pop but she somehow managed to offer a fresh perspective on it on YOYOK. This corny song, in comparison, is just one cliché after another:rip:

I've been listening to Blow Me (One Last Kiss) and dreaming of Greg Kurstin on TS12. The fact that Taylor hasn't (directly) worked with such a highly skilled pop producer doesn't sit right with me. She'd be sitting at #1 on HAC for MONTHS.

TS12 announcement today 6/6? We need someone to save this month.

I don't think anything will happen this week. Not even an announcement.

But I hope she will announce something next week, on Monday or Thursday. With a lead single release on June 13. If not, we will have to wait until August or 2026, I fear.

Am I the only one who got an email from Ticketcorner (Switzerland) telling me they'll update me on Taylor dates when there are news? Like out of blue?

Given Taytay's reputation as a non-girls girl I wouldn't be surprised if she asked Jack to give Sabrina that Chapell Roan reject so that she won't block her from #1 when she releases on 13 June

I blame Hack for it. The way he gets obsessed with some instrument and keeps on re-using it for like forever. The same thing happened on his Taylor songs: see Midnights: he discovered that James Charles modultor (he mentioned this in an interview) and kept on reusing it in like 4-5 songs on the album, on TTPD he kept on reusing the same downtempo guitar & digital drums… it just blends the songs together

This is such a misogynistic take. Why are people always blaming Jack as if these women have no creative decision behind it? Maybe it's time to accept these girls feel comfortable working for him and want this sound. I guess some of you would rather Taylor or Sabrina to work with people they're not comfortable with just because you want "bAwPzZ" or whatever. So stupid.

I understand not preferring Jack's productions, but it gets to a certain point :ahh:

Just don't listen when his name is attached xx

it's not misogyny, we don't accuse taylor or sabrina because they are probably more involved in the interpretation, songwriting and melodic composition phases of the song rather than the technical production (they probably give their indications because I'm sure they ensure a certain control). If Jack has that role we accuse him as the main producer not as a man, it makes no sense to use misogyny, it's just about different roles and jobs even if in the same project.

willow will reach 1 billion streams in July. Keep streaming to get evermore's first billion song.

The point is that if Taylor (maybe Sabrina too, but I don't know how much control she has) releases a song, she wants it that way. If she wasn't ok with the production of a song, she'd ask for something else. i.e blaming Jack makes little to no sense. He just does what he is asked.

If it crosses 1 billion, will mother acknowledge it?

Why are you acting as if Taylor doesn't have main control over all of this? I swear it drives me INSANE how people just blindly blame Jack for everything as if Taylor is just some manufactured pop puppet :rip:

One thing I need Taylor to do for TS12 is to bring back Joel Little as a vocal producer. I know he produced arguably her worst songs the past decade but the vocal production on those tracks >>>>>>>>>> especially on Miss Americana, Only The Young & YNTCD. Her voice sounds much clearer and kinda different to her other output but in good way :clap3:
