Yet Chihiro is MILES BETTER than Boreflower. Sometimes you gotta prioritize art over charts 

Almost a year in and this album still pumping out hits left and right

Agree. No chance this becomes a full US single unless it somehow goes viral 

LOVE this song so much and it's been a grower for me personally! but Wildflower is THEE one imo 

 

nah but this song IS truly brilliant and gorgeous and all the positive adjectives describing something beautiful  like obviously the album is a 10/10 but this song is such a TRIP! I can't imagine it on the radio, which speaks to its excellence, whereas the also beautiful Wildflower is a bit more radio friendly imo

I love Chihiro - possibly one of the best songs of the decade imo - but I'm confused I was convinced Wildflower was set to be the next single, the numbers it's pulling as a non-single are insane. Also heard it on the Radio here a few times so I though they would be releasing it as a single soon.

Agree, Chihiro is my favorite Billie song, but it's just not radio single material. It's too long and a radio edit would just destroy the magic of the song.

 

Wildflower definitly should be the next single, would be a huge missed chance. And I'm sure it's gonna sound as good as BOAF on radio.

 

Tbh I would even rather have an Edit version of Blue (like the HTE Edit, with just the True Blue part extended) as a radio single than Chihiro even tho I adore the song.

It would be sad if the single rollouts of the era would become messy.. Wildflower is showing early signs of a mega smash and there are still so many other single options left. It would be a shame if they mess up this (yet) perfect era
