Well… it happened. ADÉLA's "Nicole Kidman" has officially hit #1 on US Spotify, pulling 1,203,169 filtered streams on the September 22 chart and knocking Ella Langley's "Choosin' Texas" down to #2 with 1,193,955. "Choosin' Texas" had previously spent 125 days at #1. And this isn't looking like a one-song situation either. "Ain't In LA" is simultaneously sitting at #8 in the US, giving ADÉLA two songs inside the US Spotify Top 10. "Nicole Kidman" is also currently #2 globally, while "Ain't In LA" is #3. A year ago I don't think many people would've predicted ADÉLA would have two simultaneous Spotify smashes and a US #1, let alone be the artist to finally knock "Choosin' Texas" off the top after that run. So ATRL… Are you surprised "Nicole Kidman" became this big? Is ADÉLA officially becoming a main pop girl, or are we getting ahead of ourselves? And most importantly… Are you bothered?

I really think Doja's team could seriously consider doing a remix, because Doja is about to kick off her US leg of her tour and she doesn't have any hit singles from the past few years to plus the tour. I see Doja's team is still advertising the tour a lot too, so they def need to still sell tickets. NK remix could give Doja the push she needs for ticket sales. It's a win-win!
