Wouldn't say it a flop. It has a smash hit and a moderate hit (Petal the song). I think it will go platinum at least at the end. Underperformed? Yes. Flop? Not really.

The fact that the album hasn't been stable is what surprises me. I meant i get that it's dark and normally dark albums won't click with the audience immediately. But it's still dropping hard on Spotify is weird.

Well, i disagree with the long-term thing. Long-term means more than 1-2 weeks. It's something like Blackout success. And Hate has already shown better longevity. Now if Petal can turn out to be a moderate hit, she could be stable somewhere inside top 50 for a while. Are you predicting a 90% drop?

Is there any big releases this week aside from Stray Kids? Why Nora said that she's challenging for #2 spot if there is no other big releases?

Only 5 songs chart in Top 100 US AM right now . But i think only few albums whose tracks can survive the second/third week.

Some people acted as if the album would fall off the chart in 4-5 weeks while it has produced 2 Top 5 hits. If petal (the single) can manage to stick on charts, i'm sure it will pull Bruno recent album's type of performance at the very least. It will be stable at the lower positions of the chart. Probably Top 40-50 but It will go platinum by the end. Not a disaster as some of you pretend like it is. Some people compared her performance to Olivia, Sabrina or Billie but 1) Ari has never been a big album seller, she's more like a hit maker type of artists whose album sales don't tend to be as successful. 2) Olivia is only 5 years into her career and Sabrina is 2 years into her peak . Ari has been consistent for like 13 years, which very few artists can achieve. You wish that your faves could be that consistent a decade later. Let's be real.

As much as I want her to crack 300k first week, how many times the prediction by HDD is so different from the final number by BB? I think the chance will be low.
