He didn't do anything. Just left the company for "personal reasons" as far as we know (or kicked out by JYPig for some shady reasons or politics that we don't know), and then two random Brazilian stray cats fangirls spread a fake rumor that he assaulted some girl in some bar, after which there was a whole police investigation which proved everything to be FALSE, apparently the girls just took some photos from a random guy's insta account to make it look like Woojin was at the crime scene, while he wasn't. The crime never happened. There was no victim, no culprit. But that fake rumor was enough to ruin his solo career before it even started, and he got/still gets death threats from immature fans to this day. 
Just watch this documentary made by his company that he joined after JYP, it's too long to explain here. (It's so nice of a kpop company to defend their innocent artist like this btw, really amazing).

That's not a career affecting scandal for the Korean gp. Besides, most people saw it for what it is, a young girl coerced to do something that was completely wrong. Tzuyu has the sympathy in that case.
