So all that scandal about Sunwoo, turns out the bodyguard of The Boyz coming out saying Sunwoo did said Thank You. And the video shows it too but was cut before to create the scandal.

twice are still big globally and they're currently opening for coldplay in korea, but lbr they havent been the "nation's girl group" in years now. if anything they're more relevant globally than domestically now

i lowkey need a twice smash... it's been so long since they last smashed i feel

For what it's worth, i think it was a well-balanced summary of their incredible 10 years' career.

I think the Korean GP has moved on from them sadly, BUT I wouldn't say it isn't a possibility if they play their cards right. 95% of girlgroups in kpop cant keep getting hits or even stay together more than 6-7 years, so i'd say that's not the biggest deal....but Twice is a group who not only has stayed together even after a decade, but also is a group who doesnt have any big scandals and has a crazy catalogue of hits that are still loved by the korean gp. So they just need some nostalgia card along with some incredible timing and they might have a hit on their hands again.

 

Speaking of Twice, I still cant move on from this...can't believe they pulled off this banger in 2024
