Boombayah and Forever actually sound good as 2ne1 songs. Sure it's LQ and not finished but if they ended up being polished and released it would fit their discography. Maybe because when Blackpink released them the sound was a bit dated already.

In terms of headliners, I can see BTS headlining the event next year and having their first reunion stage on the Coachella stage, and it will become a huge moment etc., which Coachella and HYBE probably wouldn't miss out on. It will also be a huge promo before they kick off their world tour.
