NewJeans is the only 4th gen group to get multiple hits in those countries. You love to brag about Hot 100 entries, but SKZ only have 3 after 7 & 1/2 years and their last two title tracks failed to chart anywhere. Every NJZ single except one charted in Canada. NJZ's "Get Up" is the biggest global streaming era for 4th gen and your fave is nowhere near it.

 

G-IDLE only had outsold Aespa because they started selling in China first. Aespa has surpassed them there in sales revenue.

 

As far as global success, NewJeans have 80% of the top 5 longest-charting songs on the Global 200 for 4th gen. Aespa are behind them at #2 with 110 weeks on the chart. SKZ haven't passed 30 weeks yet and they're around 20 title tracks into their career.

NJ's achievements aren't even close to being surpassed in terms of popularity, especially here in the U.S. The fact that you have to pretend that they didn't even happen to give SKZ a shot at #1 says it all.

NewJeans was the only 4th gen group who was bigger than SKZ at some point, and had no doubt the biggest peak for a group after BTS and BP between 2022-2023.

NewJeans are still bigger than SKZ. SKZ have a fanbase who will buy every version, but they can't launch a hit, even with the help of Charlie Puth or Ryan Reynolds.

SKZ are talentless and are irrelevant outside of their tasteless pann girls. bad vocals, bad music the whole western geepee are laughing at them bfr
