JoJo is easily the better technical singer. Christina has the more naturally impressive instrument, IMO.

I LOVE both but Jojo by far.
 

The only time period xtina was better was during their early 20's. Especially comparing them in their 30's. Jojo beats xtina in every register of their voices

- Leave (Get Out). It was her debut song, very iconic.

- Baby It's You. It didn't perform as good commercially but I would say it's even better.

- Never Say Goodbye

- Keep On Keepin' On

 

From 'The High Road' (2006):

 

- Too Little Too Late. Written by the man who wrote Like a Virgin by Madonna. It's a pop masterpiece.

- Coming for You. The single that could've been!

- This Time

From Unreleased/Mixtapes eras (2010-2012): you can't find them on streaming platforms but they're seriously so good.

After she was freed from her label (2015-2021):

No need to apologize my old ass shouldn't have assumed people would know. Omg you're in for a treat if she's your vibe, she is super underrated because she got signed at 13 and kept in a bad contract with a bankrupt label for like 10+ years. Nothing like that Siwa girl.

JoJo has MUCH better musicality, control and a more pleasant tone. 

Oh JoJo hands DOWN. Not only is she an insane vocalist but an amazing songwriter too.
 

Jojo's natural control/agility is something I feel not even a lot of trained a singers can achieve. Her melismas remind me A LOT of Mariah's too. 

Not only that but her ear for jazz/blues notes and her amazing placement of runs/riffs has always mesmerized. 
 

Christina has a BEAUTIFUL tone that really no other singer can mimic, and it's super unique to her. She has INSANE volume, her belts are amazing, and there's a lot of depth to her voice. BUT, she's not the best technical singer and she misuses her instrument SO MUCH. She's VERY limited because of her ownself. I feel she'd be much more appreciated as a vocalist if she stopped trying to overpower all of her songs, and stopped whaling. 
 

All in all Jojo imo is a MUCH better vocalist and is better than 90% of mainstream singers TODAY.

They both have great qualities to their voices and it's actually a tough call imo. Also their voices have gone through phases, some ups and downs.

 

What they have in common is that they are incredibly and naturally gifted. They had no vocal training whatsoever when they were young and their early records have majestic vocals, top notch musicality.

 

JoJo had a very rough vocal moment around 2018 and it was really, really rough. Which also happened to be the time she re-recorded her albums. But if you listen to any performance through 2014-2016, it's actually unbelievable. And nowadays she's fully recovered from that time and killing it in Broadway.

 

 

Xtina's voice might be my favourite though because of her tone alone. There's something really powerful and unique, a once in a lifetime quality in her voice.

She's a phenomenal singer. 

The one with 6 Grammys and acclaim and approval from every legendary vocalist in the industry. 

Screeching and howling does not a good voice make and the public agreed obviously. JoJo has a gorgeous, smooth voice with great control.

Haha, thanks boo. I wish I studied singing because there's so much I can tell about their voices but I can't express it with the proper technicisms and shït.  Some extra vids if you want more vocal excellence!

I'm shocked. The new Gen knows Jojo Siwa only.

both had their ups and downs. most would say Xtina due to her name alone. Xtina sounds impressive because her vocals are showy, but JoJo's technical skill, control and underrated musicality has always been amazing
