I came here to post C,XOXO and here it is - in the OP already! That was a good album, not a masterpiece but def. 7.5/10 

For all the people who will inevitably start mentioning the usual album suspects, please learn the difference between a flop album and an underperformace by someones usuals standards.

Take out those unnecessary interludes and a few songs and add Little Dreamer, and suddenly it's a 15 song fantastic pop album 

The Dreaming by Kate Bush. It was too weird for the charts at the time but it's one of her best albums and my personal favourite.

I admire how she stayed persistent and turned all red carpets into her own stage! (Whilst making a coin)

I agree. It just shows how high the bar was back then that it was considered such an iconic flop album in pop history. The rollout and track list was a mess but the cover art and plenty of songs were lowkey snatched. Justice for Woohoo. 
 

 

I'll throw in Glory. Tragic rollout and anything following Britney Jean would've tanked, it deserved better because she was serving.
