Her reaction to Halsey new music video (after she was very ill) left me a bit confused but then I thought Britney has also being bullying Selena for years and how she body shamed Christina Aguilera. 

Very much so. She's always been a bully (since she was 13 pretty much). More people need to be talking about her bullying the little girl from Zoey 101 until she threw up.

I don't think she's a bully but I think after a lifetime of being hounded and mistreated, she's become very defensive and constantly trying to protect herself and assert her personhood.

Her trauma has left her to be very defensive about herself and very untrusting of others. Unfortunately Britney doing these random outburst is causing people to feel less sorry for her and not excusing her past as a reason for her attacks on other female celebrities. Which is why Britney received a lot backlash towards her attacks against Halsey and Selena. Especially when these attacks paints Britney as the bad guy.

No. It's called PTSD and it is serious. Britney endured terrible experiences in the past where she was shamed, made fun of. She Was called a terrible mother by the media and every little mistake she did was a worldwide headline. 

 

Now every time her name is brought up she'd experience terrible anxiety and she lashes out because for the past 20 years her name was mostly mentioned to bully and ridicule her. 

Yes, I still remember when she posted a picture of Xtina's abusive father to spite Christina. Then immediately deleting when she got dragged for it.

The real bully is Xtina. there's literally evidence in video footage and interviews where she's been bullying people. Her reputation. She's a KNOWN bully amongst Hollywood circles. 

You talk without even looking in the backstory of all those things you listed. In all of those instances britney is right and was right.

 

Woman speaking up and not taking bull behind the scenes or publicly isnt bullying. Especially when the woman is someone who has been through was britney has been through.
