Is Britney actually a bully ?

Featured Replies

Britney has been a pop culture punching bag for almost 20 years. Of course she's going to be hyper-sensitive, especially when people like Halsey directly reference her song, image, and mental breakdown of shaving her head. Like others said, Halsey's "permission" from "Britney" was really from Team Brit. The fact that they even approved Halsey to do all that (even though she had good intention) shows how insensitive & toxic the people managing Britney still are.

idk if I'd call it bullying, but she gets away with a lot odd behavior I'll say that.

  • Very much so. She's always been a bully (since she was 13 pretty much). More people need to be talking about her bullying the little girl from Zoey 101 until she threw up.

Oh shut the f up ugo and grow up

I love her but yes. The way she spent months posting that unflattering picture of Selena with the eyeball in her mouth and made fun of her documentary made me look at her differently.

She might be, but she had enough, so it's totally understandable she acts this way. She's still the Queen, though.

I do think she's really mean but I think that comes from a place of being abused so much and for so long that's the only way she knows how to react to things.

Yes she's a bully, she also acts incredibly entitled.

No, she is just sensitive because of 13 years of Trauma.

Not ATRLers who have been bullying HER for years, trying to make her out to be the bad guy :ahh:

Swifties are truly hypocritical

didn't she bullied a 13 yo girl because of her sister? and this was all before all those bad things happened to her btw

Britney has been bullied for years. She has trauma and sometimes doesn't handle it well. We haven't been in her shoes.

Not at all.. she is dealing with PTSD and struggles channeling her emotions.

No. It's called PTSD and it is serious. Britney endured terrible experiences in the past where she was shamed, made fun of. She Was called a terrible mother by the media and every little mistake she did was a worldwide headline.

Now every time her name is brought up she'd experience terrible anxiety and she lashes out because for the past 20 years her name was mostly mentioned to bully and ridicule her.

Xtina deserves all the lashing btw:clap3:

Everyone's against mental health stigma until you actually see the in real life consequences of how someone's mental health issues makes them act. Most of you had this romanticized notion that she was gonna rise from the phoenix and be this fierce superwoman putting everyone in their place. This is someone who doesn't have a system of good people around her, is a loner, hasn't dealt or processed everything that's happened and will never trust a therapist enough to heal that way .What do you expect?

Whether she is or isn't, she can never be held responsible because she was also apparently bullied and mistreated by EVERYONE around her including her very own kids. She knows this and takes advantage. Very recently with Halsey, her way of dogding accountability is by claiming she was hacked.

threatening to sue someone who just had cancer is a grown up act ?

To be fair, it's highly likely that Britney had no idea about that and once she got more context she deleted the post. What more would you want? If she was a bully she wouldn't give a **** and would leave the post up.

Yes she is, too many instances of her doing it for it to be a coincidence, and bullying that child from Zoey 101 was as low as you can get.

Also, while not exactly bullying, I'm not sure how to feel about a woman who loves getting in bed with married men which she has done 3 times now (twice before the conservatorship btw)

How is that bullying :rip:

This soft generation don't know the difference of expression vs bullying
