All you had to do was sit back and look at an African demographic registry. Colored is literally a racial demographic in Africa. It is on the national registry for the universal demographic of Africa. Black is not on the national registry of Africa. Black is a term created by white slave owners to otherize and demonize African slaves. Whiteness is a recent concept that Anglo-Saxon America & THE BRITISH concocted to separate themselves from Asians, the Irish, Jewish and the main reason, the Italians. The only reason people call themselves white or black in any other countries is due to the neo-colonialism and, American culture i.e. Black culture being commodified and sold to the rest of diaspora. In the Caribbean, Black is not used to describe our African demographic. We use Afro-Caribbean or just the country name i.e. Trinidadian. Tyla, hun.
