do we know exactly why Doja turned down the track? i remember her being originally featured on SZA’s album but pulling out last minute due to scheduling issues or something. i wonder if this is a similar situation? Doja is one of the few rap girls out there that seems to fully bow down at the altar of Nicki Minaj at any chance she gets so it makes me question if this is really a “shady” move on her part or something that has a simple explanation

First version : Nicki sent Cowgirl to Doja and she sent back her verse extremely fast. Then, she told Nicki she thought she didn't like her after seeing barbz hating on her and thus Doja pulled back her verse. 

Second version : Nicki sent Cowgirl to Doja, she recorded her verse but she didn't clear it. Nicki took that as disrespect after she recorded two Say So verse while pregnant during Covid.

 

She is either contradicting herself or she is talking about two different people that were supposed to be on Cowgirl at one point. I can't wait to hear Doja's side.

I'm very sad about this, I hope it'll get better but we've already gone down this road

not some of yoll acting shocked at Nicki throwing shade at another female rapper. She literally hates ANY female rapper who is/isn't more popular than her. I have never seen someone so bitter.

 

Her album is successful, unlike literally everybody expected, and she is still out there fighting other rap girls on live? It's giving pathetic tbh, go and enjoy your success, you might not have it again.

She and her fans can’t touch Doja. Doja has protection. Nicki can’t stand that Doja won’t bow down to her. Yet, Doja does what Nicki can not which is remain classy and graceful, and she’s still shown love for PF2, while Nicki continues to throw cheap shots and subtle shade. Nicki girl, just say it with your whole chest “queen”, what’s the issue? 

Doja doesn't owe Nicki anything. And anyways, Nicki rejected a collab first and Doja still showed her love. 

Are we sure that audio isn’t AI? It doesn’t even sound real 

I can see them resolving their issues. I love them both!

I don’t think Nicki dislikes her, because it doesn’t compare to what she has said about Latto or Megan, for example. I think she’s hurt because Doja is a fan and pulled out from HER song. She can pass on Doja’s songs because she’s Nicki, her influence (that’s her ego’s logic it seems) lol 

 

Anyways I think Doja will remain ignoring the outbursts and keeping the public love. She has seen what happens when other girls clapped back

if i’m not wrong, she never got to record her verse for shirt. they planned it, but thats about it.

Seems to me like Nicki REALLY wanted Doja on Pink Friday 2. It would have been a big show of respect for her tbh.

 

It’s kind of a shame that we didn’t get that collab.

this whole situation is not making sense. doja allegedly pulling out last minute. but wasn’t she mentioning PF2 on her tour  + kissing her ass during release week  

Doja’s best album is weaker than Nicki’s worst, she’s yet to prove she’s anything more than a singles artist. PF2 didn’t need her
