This sounds nothing like FN just how FN sounds nothing like DL

 

Dua has been evolving with every release since her debut and if some of you can’t hear that then you need to get your hearing checked to be quite honest

There's a reason Dua went from being seen as any other pop artist (even a joke at times) to one of the best new pop artists in music today... DL is solid if you LOVE pop but it's essentially a fairly generic, character-lacking pop album. FN is genre-fluid, characterized, and one of the most influential albums of the 2020s so far.

Yeah like DL is 2017 pop in an album and FN is extremely diverse in production while staying upbeat. Even how she sings and the tempos of the songs are vastly different on FN compared to DL

I like Tame Impala so of course also I like this snippet. This is going to be good!

Considering the shipment dates of the CDs/cassettes, I don't see a #1 debut happening at all. It seems like their focus will be Europe until the New Year.

The way i'm scared i might overplay the snippet before the single drops  It's been on replay for HOURS  SOTY. 

 

I can see where the FN comparisons are coming from, but why is being compared to AOTY a bad thing?  I'm so tired of how every artist must "evolve" in a subjective field. Especially when all the people asking her to evolve never listened to her music in the first place

 

Also being compared to FN, is far better than being compared to that unlistenable noise she released post FN, like We're Trash  or Dance Termite
