Taylor has lots of songs that became huge despite not being #1

 

Katy has an album with lots of #1

It feels like Katy. Her first 3 albums smash hits feels more like classics. 

 

And the interest thing is that Rihanna and Taylor are both way bigger than her... but for this question it feels like Katy. 

rihanna obviously, and i woudn't really consider taylor a hitmaker in the same way. she feels more like beyonce in the sense they have huge smash hits, but a lot of their classics are more fanbase/ cult classics vs. huge beloved GP anthems like katy and rih have made

Overall probably Rihanna. Her discography is massive, though a lot of it felt like throwing **** at the wall to see what sticks.

 

Nearly every Katy Perry single was a smash hit for the first 3 of her albums, so she's a strong contender.

Rihanna of course. Taylor is not a hit maker, she has a few classics but no. Taylor is the biggest artist in the world yeah sure.

Singles and features were always her bread and butter and she's factually sold the most singles out of any woman in this century.

 

Katy had more of a limited window of being a hitmaker and Taylor Swift is more of an album artist than a hitmaker. Her individual songs from albums and eras(no pun) as a whole are bigger hits than her singles.
