I think it depends on the song itself, the rollout, and how strong/weak other songs are at the time as well.

I think she could. Her fanbase has only gotten stronger and she's been hiding for a while. When she decides to comeback, she will talked everywhere.

It depends highly on the quality of her music.  If it’s good she will do fine if not she decline even more. But for some reason the industry has stopped supporting her.

Debut-wise, no. Billie is not a debut girl, she never uses countdowns or major hype campaigns like Olivia did for Vampire.. And she always releases mid-week.

 

But I sure hope people saying Olivia is "in her own league" from a debut number are purposefully acting dense

Quality wise, possibly. In terms of numbers, I doubt it. But I love both girls so I win either way!

she had 3 different leads (my future, your powe and tia) and none of them were earth shattering hits like bad guy 

I'm sure it won't be as successful but we can trust she will release much better music and that's all that matters to me 

Shes succesful thats all there is too it and who cares if she out dos someone else or not

She doesn’t have to since she’ll still probably sell more or the same amount of albums as Guts anyway

Judging from the chart performances of all her HTE singles, her next lead likely won’t be an instant number one hit. But it might serve longevity, so who knows?

Also her songs tend to have really long legs so even if it doesn’t peak very high I could see it closing the gap steadily over a period of time. But it all comes back to what she’s going to drop. 

oh y'all are bored huh  it really boils down to how they're going to approach this new era from a promotional & marketing standpoint, if they play their cards right whatever she has cooking could be very big, the quality is gonna be there no matter what tho
