It's always her or MTV Unplugged

My gym plays her all the time. In the last couple of weeks we've had Fantasy, Emotions, Heartbreaker, It's Like That, I'll Be Lovin' You Long Time, Shake It Off, etc.

I think it's partially because I told the woman up front who likes me that I enjoy when they play Mariah.

Emancipation and Charmbracelet are missing the House oontz oontz and the 60s Motown Pop lead single. In fact MIAM has both the Disco and the House. It is missing the Latin flavor though. And a killer rap verse though that's okay because rapper Mariah peaked in the 2000s and you can't have it all. Her flow was crazy from Emancipation - Memoirs

Is MIAM also the album where she played with song structures the most? Despite being a bit bridge empty she took the songs in unconventional directions outside of the verse chorus repeated structure she doesn't get enough credit for.

The post bridge section of Thirsty where she writes a killer outro to replace the chorus and end on a climax

The same with Camouflage but she writes a second climax after the bridge and still gives it time to wind down

Faded having a minute long intro and amazing ad lib outro that manages to feel like a complete song with no bridge and only two verses and two choruses

Supernatural outro paving the way for Caution and 8th Grade, why?

AND Dedicated being one of the very rare Mariah songs to have a second chorus, right now I can only think of Here For It All and Petals. Vision of Love and Alone In Love sorta but they're labeled differently so not exactly

I can only talk like this now that it's so dead in here, ten years ago the lambs lined you up and executed you via firing squad if your posts didn't include at least three exaltations of her top 6 selling albums (90s + Emancipation) or didn't consist at least 70% of music commentary dedicated solely to counting high notes and album sales.
