Just watched FAD yesterday and oh my god... what a mess. Thanks to the HORRIBLE script, i can't even enjoy the parts that Gaga is on the screen. What a shame on these writers and Todd, this job is a piece of i dont know what. The developing of the Gaga's Harley its AWFUL. And the end? Lord...

The only count as sales the week they actually get shipped and arrive to the customer now.

I think everybody probably already said everything that needs to be said about the movie itself but personally after seeing it I actually feel good at least for Gaga so I'm just gonna copy and paste my thoughts from another thread bcuz I'm lazy.  

 

You can't pin the flaws of this movie on Gaga or Joaquin. They were both fantastic and her role here only reassures that she is a great actress. That said the movie is indeed boring what they chose to focus on is not what I think anyone wanted to see.
 

It makes perfect sense why Gaga would agree to this. On paper it sounds incredible. Starring alongside Joaquin Phoenix in his Oscar winning role in only her 3rd major film. You also can't expect every movie Gaga stars in will receive praise if she wants to keep making movies expect many more to be panned, as long as critics aren't panning her performance then she did her job. The great thing is she's added another role to her resume where her performance was genuinely phenomenal. Had her character reached its full potential I would even consider it her best role, she's just so so natural here and blends so well into the world and matching Joaquin's energy? That's no easy feat. Gaga and Joaquin come out of this unscathed, Todd on the other hand...

Yeah I'd be here for it if as you said it was a different director. If she appeared in The Batman I would love that although I think they are different universes since they have their own joker but she would fit right in.

the good thing about jFAD bombing is that she can put all her energy into LG7 and I don't have to worry about her taking another comic book role

Todd already said he doesn't want to do more and they 'forced' him to make the sequel or whatever. The Batman wouldn't work as it's a different Gotham city.

Not to mention DWAS will likely pick up even more steam as the holidays are near. The song has such a romantic holiday vibe to it that I can see many people streaming it even more. 

All we need is to power through this weekend so LG7 teasings can start
