Her IG has been bombarded by fans posts about the album and the release of new music for years months and this was basically another way to keep the fanbase calm in the exactly way of last year June post after the first Nurtec ad, so the bullying that this fanbase always propose to do in order to get something lead to these pointless consolation prizes instead.

 

I agree it was an absurd move doing that and in that way, silence would have been better.

As frustrating as it is to get that snippet and dip, it still made me hyped when I re-watched GCB recently. This is the first time we've had two electropop-esque eras back-to-back since BTW -> AP and it just made me excited watching it back. Though it helps that GCB is such a good film. It almost makes you forget that there's been almost half a decade between Chromatica -> LG7

Honestly could see her pulling a surprise album drop with zero warning like Beyonce did. Ironic how any mention of her releasing an album in August gets taken down real quick, almost like they're hiding the big surprise. 

I do believe Gaga is basically going to do a surprise album. No single she just going to drop the album and release the visuals. Her team isn't dumb enough to piss off her entire fanbase and refuse to release the visuals like beyonce. 

I'd be impressed if she can pull off a surprise release without any leaks. Surprise releases also don't generally happen as much in the music industry now.

 

I expect the lead 4-8 weeks before the album.

You're making a lot of sense and it actually sounds perfect but the jump from May to Oct is not even Gaga soon unless she changes plans to make it fit Halloween and skip 2024 Grammy noms as u say (Whats the deadline anyways?). Maybe a lead in early sept and the album + 2nd single in early Oct, to avoid the drop on pop sales during year-end holidays.
