There are few factors why Stupid Bobby has a shoddy reputation with liddos.

 

- the fact it leaked months before the release, and everybody delulu'd theselves that it's just a demo and that the final will be better 

- the objectively bad and cheap af video

- there being several songs on Comatica that are better and/or had more single potential 

- the fact it so... safe and and by the numbers, even for bloodpop standards If it was bad bad there'd at least be people ironically stanning it

- it being the first single released after the ASIB world domination and return to dance pop, and the expectations for that were very high

- middling success overall (But still a platinum top 5 single which is very hard to get)

 

It's not a bad song per se, and if it was an album track or a no1cur 4th single in France and Australia it would deff be  received better, but it's easy to see why it's the punching bag of this fan base the way things folded out.

It's kinda her worst lead by default, but that only speaks about the high bar that's expected of her singles that SL just didn't clear. You cannot make the music not bop tho!

The song itself is fine.  Maybe a bit annoying after many listens, but that was never its biggest issue on ATRL.
 

It was leaked over a month in advance in high quality before she even announced the single, and when she announced it, there was another countdown for us to wait.  Then she had the audacity of hyping up the MV which ended up being possibly a career low for her, and completely abandoning the concepts of the video by the time she released the album.  

Once everything was finally released, the song lost its shine but we still had to deal with another month+ of it being the single despite everyone being over a 2+ month old song that was already underperforming on the charts.  Then, she disappeared, came back for a week to drop ROM, and the she abandoned the era.

disappointed we don't have anything concrete regarding LG7, but at least joker 2 era is around the corner... it's going to get exciting for us soon regardless of whether LG7 comes this year or next

I always had a feeling R*chy helped her come up with these horrendous names and the stupid concept of the SL MV and his work with Jojo Siwa is proving my feeling

Of course he did. He's part of the creative team and that rat is still doing the same with Jojo Siwa. Same tacky aesthetics and all. 

Maybe if she wasn't so busy being Avon Lady and Big Pharma ambassador she would have had more time to be creative and come up with a better narrative

Olympics would make sense with the timing and the exposure.
