You've got a point but not completely since those ads make sense for her career since she's also a full-time actress and are not sell-out cash grab ads like the migraine pills and rat makeup, so those are exempted.

I could give 2 shits if she continues to post these #Ads but what I won't stand for is people saying she's a fake ally or that her stuff with the gays was all a stunt. She has done so much for the community that she does not owe us anything 

There is nothing objectively wrong with an advertisement for a medication. Our feelings about Big Pharma, which I share with many of you, should be nuanced. Gaga is not pushing some kind of experimental, controversial drug; she is pushing a well-established, known drug that does genuinely help people. We cannot cheer here on for what she did with COVID and how she helped push the vaccine, and then turn around and be upset about Nurtec .

 

Let us be real with ourselves: we are just sick of the advertisements. You do not have to hide behind the veil of morality regarding "Big Pharma". You can be honest and just say you wish she would do something else, because that is valid. We are stans of a popstar and we would like something to entertain us. None of us would have a problem with this if she was releasing music right now. We would laugh it off and move on.

 

At the core of this backlash is that we are bored. We rely on our faves to entertain us, and so when they are not doing so, we get easily perturbed. This tweet from Kandy Muse is a good example of what I mean. so true, I think beside the pharma thing, it's more about how we still expect her to share and use her socials for sharing... but that's also on us

and yes it's normal to feel disappointed she's not sharing LGBTQ+ statements especially now, but it doesn't make her an enemy... we don't know what she does behind the scenes

At the end of the day she's not forcing people to buy what she adverts, I understand the feeling of being annoyed by her IG page but people can simply stop following, I was the first to be surprised at the last endorsement yesterday but the current hate train because of that to the point of even questioning what she did for the LGBTQ+ community is definitely uneccessary and vile.

A ton of negativity lately and nothing happening so

Gaga needs to do some kind of candid interview or tell all TBH. She has been going through the motions completely for years now. Even through the chromatica era she said from her own mouth that she didn’t want to record and BloodPop had to push through a lot of the album himself and baby her into the studio. The Chromatica Ball tour was awesome visually but lacked almost all of the stage presence and banter she is known for. Now she’s not even present on social media. This recent ad on IG honestly just signals to me that she doesn’t mind what happens with her image and likeness anymore which given the last handful of years is just really disheartening. 
 

I don’t think she’s a bad person but I do think she’s going through something and she’s checked out.

I’m thinking she canceled putting the CBT footage on streaming but still wanted to make her money back from paying to have it professionally recorded. So she sold the footage to the highest bidder
