Yeah, the video hurt a little, given how it was age restricted at first. It also had to do something with the song, since it wasn't a total party song like the other singles, but I guess that same thing made it stand the test of time a little better

It's crazy to think how it was age restricted back in the day. All of the typical music videos released post 2016 make the Criminal MV look like a church full of nuns 

This song is timeless... and pop perfection.
